On 23 June 2020, in honor of the International Day of Yoga, Dr Kausthub Desikachar was invited by Centre for Yoga Studies - Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital, Pondicherry, to give a talk on Yoga Therapy in the tradition of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar.
The online lecture was mainly targeted to medical students of the college and others interested in the topic.
Dr Kausthub Desikachar is known for his remarkable, deep and well-versed knowledge and his ability to present the ancient teachings in a way that is profound as well as applicable for modern-day practitioners.
